Sixty one years on from the 1943 caricature vs portrait controversy (tried in 1944) where Garfield Barwick (KC) suggested that the subject of the winning portrait was wearing a red tie which implied that he was a lefty (so there!), a new painting vs drawing case is on its way to court.
It's a terribly serious business is art!
