BOURKE St Mall's tram stop strips will soon be transformed with a "cosmic-themed design" reminiscent of the Milky Way, the city council has revealed.And this bit from the Sydney-based artist... "There's nothing like it in the world," he said. "We're doing it special for Melbourne. It's got its own unique look."And... "It's like a big painting in a way.
