| Category: Cinema We just went to Airport West to see Sky High and it gets a big thumbs up. It was funny, it was slick, it had a great story, and it had Melt with You played in the final scene. The story is all good guys/bad guys, cools/dags, pretty/plain just like you'd expect in a high school love story but it is couched in the terms of heroes and sidekicks. Kurt Russell is worthy of a particular mention for his near perfect acting of a very silly character. 9.0/10.0 - It's no Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but we'll be at the top of the queue as soon as the DVD is available. |
