One of my favourite podcasts is EconTalk. A recent example that is a must listen for anyone interested in the realities of user-pays-nothing-or-at-least-very-little health systems, as experienced broadly through out the western world, is Arnold Kling on the Economics of Health Care and the Crisis of Abundance. Well worth a listen! If you can't spare the ~hour then you might read some highlights at the link.
